How To Use

Step 01: Cleanse and tone skin.

Step 02: Apply 1-2 pumps of TeloZyme™ Youth Activator over face and neck.

Step 03: Massage one pump of Squalane TeloRich™ Night Cream over face.

Step 04: Apply a generous amount of Retinoid TeloLift Neck Cream over neck and décolletage.

Step 05: Follow up with broad spectrum sunscreen the next morning on face and neck.

Can I use a face serum on the neck and vice versa?

While it is not incorrect to apply the same product to both areas, it is not considered optimal. The skin on the face and neck differs in structure and function, and therefore benefits from formulations designed specifically for each area.

Why shouldn’t I use the same cream for both neck and face?

The skin on the neck is thinner, more delicate, and contains fewer sebaceous (oil) glands compared to the face. As a result, it is more prone to dryness, loss of firmness, and the early appearance of lines.

Neck creams are typically formulated with richer textures and targeted actives to support hydration and skin resilience in this area. In contrast, facial moisturisers are developed to address specific skin types and concerns, such as oil control, sensitivity, or blemish management.

Using dedicated formulations for each area allows for more precise and effective skin support.

How should I apply the neck cream?

Apply the neck cream using gentle, upward strokes, starting from the base of the neck and moving towards the jawline and chin.

Application should be extended to the décolletage to ensure consistent care across the neck and upper chest, where the skin shares similar characteristics and concerns.
